Keitaro Stats Bot respects your privacy. We collect only the minimum necessary data to operate the service and never sell it to third parties.
1. What data we collect
When using Keitaro Stats Bot, we may process the following data:
- Telegram User ID — to identify the user in the bot
- Keitaro API token — a read-only token required to fetch statistics
- User preferences — selected campaigns, metrics, alert settings
- Aggregated stats — short-term caching of Keitaro API responses to speed up bot replies
We do not collect passwords, payment details, personal messages, or detailed campaign data beyond the cache.
2. How we use the data
The collected data is used exclusively for:
- Authorizing and identifying the user in the bot
- Fetching stats from your Keitaro instance via API
- Sending alerts and notifications in Telegram
- Personalizing settings (selected metrics, timeframes, campaigns)
3. Data storage and protection
The Keitaro API token is encrypted and stored on secure servers. The statistics cache is kept for no more than 10 minutes. We apply standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and restricted database access.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
The bot interacts with the following services:
- Telegram API — bot platform. Telegram's policy: telegram.org/privacy
- Keitaro API — your own instance to which you provided the token
5. Your rights
At any time you can:
- Delete your API token using the
/disconnectcommand in the bot - Request full data deletion via support
- Request information about the stored data
6. Cookies
This website (landing page) does not use tracking cookies. The Telegram bot does not use cookies.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced via the bot or on this page.
