By using Keitaro Stats Bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Service description

Keitaro Stats Bot is a Telegram bot that connects to your Keitaro instance via an API token and provides campaign stats, ROI, alerts, and filters directly in Telegram. The service is not an official product of Keitaro.

2. Access conditions

To use the bot, you must:

  • Have an active Telegram account
  • Have an active Keitaro instance with an API token
  • Pay for one of the PRO plans
  • Be of legal age or have parental consent

3. Pricing and payment

The following plans are available:

  • PRO · 1 month — $100
  • PRO · 3 months — $270 (save $30)
  • PRO · 6 months — $500 (save $100)
  • PRO · 1 year — $900 (save $300)

Payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency USDT (TRC20 network). Payment can only be made inside the bot in your personal cabinet. The subscription is activated after receiving and confirming the payment. There is no auto-renewal — you renew manually.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. By paying for a plan, you agree to this rule. Please be careful when making a payment and entering your API token.

5. Usage restrictions

You are prohibited from:

  • Transferring bot access to third parties without permission
  • Using the bot for automated attacks or abuse
  • Attempting to bypass the billing or licensing system
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the bot's algorithms

6. Service availability

We strive for 99%+ uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. We notify about scheduled maintenance in advance via our Telegram channel.

7. Liability

Keitaro Stats Bot provides data directly from your Keitaro instance via API. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data provided by Keitaro API
  • Losses arising from decisions made based on the bot's data
  • Unavailability of Keitaro API or Telegram

8. Intellectual property

All code, design, and content of Keitaro Stats Bot are protected by copyright. The “Keitaro” trademark is used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Notifications of significant changes will be sent via the bot or Telegram channel. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
